Our stay at Arrowwood had its highs and lows. The water park was a huge hit with the kids, they had a blast! The staff like Cheryl were genuinely helpful and made things easier for us during our visit. However, we encountered unexpected fees for extra guests and issues with room cleanliness that certainly dampened the experience. Dining options have also seen a decline, which was surprising given how much we liked it before.

We had a rather mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which was a nice touch, but the service left much to be desired, particularly during our stay with a larger group. The dining options could definitely use improvement, especially regarding breakfast. Overall, while the water park was fun for the kids, the lack of accommodation for larger groups made it challenging for us.
